Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026/2027 school year, located in Fredericktown, Ohio. This opportunity involves travel to the school setting, offering a dynamic environment focused on pediatric speech therapy within a school context. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 65 students following a 3:1 service delivery model. Deliver three weeks per month of direct therapeutic services. Dedicate one week per month for consultation with teachers, completing evaluations and reports, writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress notes. Participate in and present at Professional Development sessions for the entire school staff. Collaborate with a part-time SLP who supports younger students and manages evaluations. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Skilled in the 3:1 service delivery model. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families. Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements. Location: Fredericktown, Ohio - travel assignment. This role offers a structured, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from August 19th to May 19th, supporting a collaborative and consultative approach to delivering speech-language services.
