A healthcare opportunity is available for an experienced CT/Radiologic Technologist with dual modality expertise in CT and general radiography. This contract position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, high-volume teaching hospital environment in Pineville, NC, providing vital imaging services across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. The role operates primarily on a 12-hour night shift schedule, from 8 pm to 8 am, with a weekend rotation and holiday scheduling expected. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT scans and radiologic procedures with precision using advanced Siemens and GE imaging equipment. Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting, supporting diverse diagnostic needs including trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases. Collaborate closely with nursing and transport teams to ensure seamless patient workflow. Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) for accurate recording and management of imaging data. Adhere to departmental protocols and participate in orientation and ongoing training programs. Qualifications and Desired Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in radiologic technology, including CT and X-ray modalities. Certification by ARRT in Radiography and CT (or equivalent dual modality certifications). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. NC state licensure is not mandatory for this role. Ability to work with high patient volume and maintain strong team communication. Willingness to participate in weekend rotations and work on holidays as required. Accepting first-time travelers.
