A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary and middle school setting in Manitou Springs, CO. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through eighth grade, providing essential speech and language support to help them achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-8 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations. Monitor and adjust therapy strategies based on student needs and progress. Qualifications: Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in elementary and middle school educational settings. Strong understanding of speech and language development in children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and maintain clear records. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Schedule and Location: Position is located in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Contract role with a full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 am to 3:15 pm.
