An opening leadership role is available for a Manager of Regional Pharmacy overseeing multiple pharmacy sites within a health system. This position provides strategic operational oversight, ensuring excellence in financial performance, quality initiatives, and pharmacy operations across assigned locations. Location: Beloit, WI (with responsibilities at regional sites) Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday through Friday 24/7 accountability for pharmacy operations Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct pharmacy operations for assigned sites, collaborating closely with the Director of Pharmacy to implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs Support financial management including budgeting and operational planning aligned with organizational goals Develop and maintain strong working relationships with medical staff and hospital departments to ensure integrated patient care Utilize pharmacy information systems for inventory control, charge management, and operational efficiency Participate in various clinical and operational committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, and Patient Medication Safety Manage human resources functions including recruitment, staff development, performance evaluation, and employee relations Ensure pharmacy services meet productivity benchmarks, budget targets, engagement standards, and positive patient outcomes Qualifications and Desired Experience: PharmD degree from an accredited institution Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in pharmacy management Active pharmacist license in Wisconsin required This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacy leader seeking to impact regional pharmacy operations while advancing quality initiatives and financial stewardship.
