Associate Attorney - Real Estate

We are looking for an entry-level Real Estate Attorney to join the team of a boutique Title Insurance Company in the northern Philadelphia area!We are a diverse team bound together by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for excellence. We are more than just attorneys; we are business partners. This is a direct hire, full-time in-office position. You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential and commercial closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate looking to start a career in residential or commercial real estate law. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies. Our Attorneys are detail-oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills, and are able to handle a high number of closings daily. Responsibilities: Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers, and sellers Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search. Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations Title curative Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: JD from an accredited Law School PA bar license required Hold either a current appointment as a PA Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to beginning employment. One or more years of residential real estate law experience preferred but not required. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
