Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services for a K-12 school setting, supporting approximately 55 students with diverse speech and language needs. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year and requires on-site availability in Ceres, CA. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students across K-12 grades Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to meet educational goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulatory standards Provide consultation and support related to communication disorders within the school environment Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) preferred; candidates with SLP-CF credentials will also be considered Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 setting is highly valued Strong knowledge of relevant speech and language assessment and intervention techniques Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff Location: This position is based on-site in Ceres, California Benefits and Perks: Engage with a diverse student population in a dynamic educational environment Opportunity to develop and enhance skills in pediatric speech-language pathology within the school system Collaborative and supportive professional setting Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for this opportunity to positively impact student communication and learning outcomes throughout the school year.
