Program Overview: For this global, World Cup centric program, BeCore will lead the production, logistics, and execution of a large-scale talent and entertainment hospitality campaign across three countries and 16 markets. This role lies on the US team, overseeing the Central Region: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City. Role Overview: The Event Operations Manager - Central serves as the regional operational lead overseeing local teams in the identified region. Reporting to the U.S. Director of Event Operations, this role is responsible for translating centralized strategy into executable, culturally aligned, and operationally sound market delivery of both fabricated experiential activations and on-site talent and entertainment facilitation. They will work closely with their Eastern and Western counterparts as well as regional entertainment & talent management to ensure readiness across all assigned venues and markets. This individual is the primary operational escalation point within the region and is responsible for maintaining consistency across workflows, documentation, reporting, and guest experience. Key ResponsibilitiesExperiential Production & Cross Regional Collaboration Translate creative direction into executable production strategies across experiential product lines, including modular activations, customization, and guest engagements. Lead vendor discovery, vetting, and triple-bid sourcing for fabrication, photo, customization, and experiential partners. Collaborate across regions to develop scalable, centralized or kitted solutions where appropriate, while supporting local market customization. Operational Leadership and Alignment Own all production planning, staffing, and on-site delivery across assigned markets. Translate strategy from Global/US Strategy into scalable, regionally sound executions. Maintain strong communication with regional leadership, venue operators, and local partners. Provide senior oversight across in-market producers and support staff, ensuring consistency, safety, and operational excellence. Logistics Planning & Market Readiness Lead structured ramp planning beginning in March, ensuring early operational clarity across all assigned markets. Define market-by-market workflows, operational scopes, and staffing strategies and conduct readiness assessments for venues, logistics, staffing, and deployment. Oversee logistics planning across assigned markets and matchdays, including equipment, transportation, inventory, and venue operations.Identify regional risks and develop contingency strategies to support execution. Staffing Strategy & Workforce Management Build, oversee and continually refine regional staffing models aligned to match schedules, demand peaks, and operational complexity. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of local production teams. Ensure consistent staffing standards, credentialing, and compliance across all venues. Financial, Compliance & Governance Oversee regional budgets, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and cost discipline. Monitor projections, manage scope shifts, and support financial reporting. Ensure alignment with Worldcup, venue, security, and local regulatory requirements. Lead safety, credentialing, and crisis-response planning. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 6+ years of experience in experiential, live events, or large-scale production. Proven leadership on complex, multi-market or global programs. Strong expertise in staffing, logistics, budgeting, and operational strategy. Experience managing large teams and vendor ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Extensive experience in procurement and negotiations across AV, fabrication, staffing, venues, broadcast, and hospitality. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools. Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-pressure environments. Demands & Expectations Extensive travel across U.S. markets required. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours aligned with match schedules. Ability to lead in dynamic, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and working onsite for extended periods. Salary Description $100.00 - $110.00 per hour
