Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Omaha, NE

Opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work within an elementary school setting in Omaha, NE. This contract position supports K-5 students in behavior and foundational skills programs, focusing on developmental growth and positive behavioral interventions. The role offers consistent hours Monday through Friday with a clear schedule and direct collaboration with teachers and other behavior technicians. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans for 4-5 students in the Behavior Skills Program or 2-3 students in the Foundational Skills Program. Work closely with Level 2 classrooms consisting of elementary students (K-5). Collaborate with teachers and other Behavior Technicians to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. Provide data collection and progress reporting aligned with individualized student goals. Maintain a supportive and positive learning environment conducive to student success. Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required. Experience supporting elementary-aged students with behavioral or developmental challenges. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to begin immediately and commit through May 22, 2026. Schedule and Location: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Position located in Omaha, Nebraska. No summer work status confirmed for this contract duration.
