Trillium Construction is now seeking a Site Superintendent in or around the Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin area! Annual salary is $90,000 - $135,000 (Based on Experience). We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations from ground-up through project completion. This role is responsible for managing field activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong scheduling expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record managing commercial or civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities -Oversee daily on-site construction operations and field personnel -Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics -Drive project schedules to meet milestone and completion deadlines -Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control -Coordinate with Project Managers on budgets, change orders, and cost tracking -Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and progress updates -Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays -Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs -Ensure client satisfaction through strong on-site leadership and communication Compensation & Benefits -Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $135,000 (DOE) -Bonus potential based on project performance -Comprehensive benefits package -Long-term growth opportunities Apply now! Qualifications -5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or civil construction -Experience managing projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale builds -Strong knowledge of construction scheduling (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar) -Thorough understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations -Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sites -Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents -OSHA 30 preferred -Valid driver’s license required Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
