Our Client, griculture And Energy Services company, is looking for a Project Manager: IV (Lead) for their Inver Grove Heights, MN/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: Agribusiness & Supply Chain technology implementation experience (ex. planning, execution, regulatory compliance, order management, global trade) Executive level status, timeline, and risk briefing experience Client exciting opportunity within our Information Technology organization supporting our Agribusiness. We are seeking an expert level Project Management Specialist to partner alongside a Client internal project manager to lead delivery of a large, complex technology initiative supporting agribusiness supply chain operations. This role will support a multi business unit implementation focused on improving supply chain operations, visibility, and operational decision making. The Project Management Specialist will manage delivery across firm timelines and budget constraints while coordinating work across multiple product teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Understand program objectives and technology requirements for logistics, agribusiness supply chain operations, and apply project management principles to drive successful outcomes. Develop and maintain detailed integrated project plans using hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid), managing all phases of implementation including resource allocation, dependency management, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on time delivery within budget constraints. Coordinate work across multiple product and platform teams to ensure alignment of scope, milestones, and delivery dependencies. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and delivery teams to proactively identify and resolve risks and issues. Support senior program leadership in managing third party vendors and technology delivery partners. Coordinate multiple workstreams and sub projects while ensuring alignment to overall scope, schedule, and budget, and adherence to the Client Office of Technology Delivery framework. Apply implementation expertise while working alongside functional and technical teams to meet defined program milestones and business outcomes. Establish and maintain a structured program knowledge repository, ensuring meeting recaps, demos, decisions, and key artifacts are documented in standardized formats to support transparency, and auditability. Drive resolution of delivery obstacles through sound judgment, data driven analysis, and effective stakeholder communication. Lead identification, tracking, and mitigation of project and program risks and issues. Understand and manage project financials including budget forecasting, variance tracking, and spend reporting. Define, collect, and publish delivery metrics and dashboards to provide transparent visibility into program health. Support teams in producing clear, concise, and data driven status reports for senior leadership. Mentor and coach less experienced project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices. Evaluate delivery methodologies and recommend improvements as program needs evolve. Occasionally work non traditional hours to support critical milestones. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements: Proven track record of directly managing at least two (2) large scale agribusiness, logistics, or supply chain technology implementations from initiation through deployment, with teams of 10+ resources and budgets exceeding USD $2M. 10+ years of experience in professional services consulting and/or IT program/project management delivering large, complex, multi million dollar technology initiatives, including: Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget using standard program and project management metrics. Experience operating in a matrixed, multi business unit enterprise environment. Experience delivering enterprise scale solutions with complex application and integration landscapes, including: Familiarity with infrastructure, information security, and enterprise architecture considerations. Working knowledge of ERP centric environments and large application portfolios supporting supply chain operations, agribusiness, or commodity based operations. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams This position requires strong execution discipline, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment with senior level stakeholders across business and IT. PMI PMP Certification. Change Management Practitioner certification or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience managing delivery with third party vendors and system integrators. Experience leading strong matrix teams comprised of full time employees and contractors. Strong understanding of different leadership, communication, and problem solving styles. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a decentralized organization. Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments where delivery models, tools, and processes are maturing. Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SAP Focused Build, or similar delivery tools. The ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven approach to decision making.
