Ascent Emergency Medical Center (Ascent EMC), a state-of-the-art freestanding emergency department (ED) with extremely low patient volumes, is seeking dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative environment where co-workers are friends, and patient care is supported by experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and scribes. At Ascent EMC, we provide the highest quality adult and pediatric emergency care in the Houston Medical Center. Our physicians are experts in handling a wide range of medical emergencies, from COVID-19 evaluations to head trauma, abdominal pain, chest pain, sports injuries, fractures, and pediatric emergencies. Requirements Requirements: Experience: Recent clinical experience (within the last 2 years) practicing in an ED setting. Licensure: Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas. Board Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
