A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for a National Certified BCBA to support high school-aged students during the 26/27 school year. This contract role, based in Bear, DE, offers a caseload of approximately 10-20 students and requires 35-40 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Implementing behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) as a top priority Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing BIPs, taking over these tasks from the school psychologist Providing direct support to students with behavioral needs Training and instructing teachers on the implementation of behavioral plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required National certification in behavior analysis Experience working with high school-aged populations preferred Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and school staff This role involves direct collaboration within the school setting to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance student success.
