Provide specialized speech-language therapy services as a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position involves delivering skilled therapy to students, supporting their communication development within the school environment. Location: Portland, OR Position Type: Contract, Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day Contract Duration: March 30, 2026 - June 12, 2026 (start date flexible, possibly earlier) Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled speech-language therapy services aligned with individual student IEP goals Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop effective intervention plans Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for educational support Qualifications and Experience: Fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (OR License required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Proven experience providing skilled speech therapy services in schools or similar settings Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits and Perks: Competitive hourly rate of $90 (negotiable based on qualifications) Consistent weekday schedule, allowing for work-life balance Opportunity to make a measurable difference in student communication outcomes during the school year This contract role is an excellent opportunity to contribute expertise as a licensed SLP while supporting students' educational success.
