Travel Long-Term Care Nurse (RN) | Maryville, Tennessee

Key Qualifications and Certifications: Current RN licensure with proven experience in Rehab/LTC or LTAC nursing BLS-AHA certification and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification are mandatory Ability to pass EKG testing prior to start of assignment Comfortable managing a patient ratio approximately 1:8-10 and working as a float nurse within the unit Willingness to work every other weekend or two weekends per month as required Flexibility to commit to the no-time-off policy during specified holidays (including Valentine's Day, local spring break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, local fall break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day) Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to patients recovering in the Transitional Care Unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with medical staff and families Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and documentation requirements Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance with facility standards Location Insight: Maryville, TN, offers a charming community atmosphere with easy access to the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains.
