Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Mooresville, North Carolina

Support patient care as a Staff Pharmacist on a per diem basis at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving an underserved community. This role involves covering call-offs, PTO, and vacation shifts, averaging about two shifts per month. Work within a collaborative environment where you will manage medication dispensing and counseling using the PioneerRx system. Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends) Setting: FQHC/340B program Job Type: Per Diem Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling Collaborate closely in a 1 Pharmacist/1 Technician pharmacy environment Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Serve an underserved patient population with a focus on compassionate care Utilize PioneerRx system for prescription management Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current North Carolina Pharmacist license (required) 1 to 3 years of pharmacist experience Prior experience in an FQHC setting is preferred Comfortable working in a patient-focused role within a small pharmacy team Spanish language skills are a plus; the technician is Spanish-speaking, so bilingual ability is advantageous but not mandatory This opportunity offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to healthcare access for underserved populations while maintaining a flexible schedule.
