This position will support a Hospice RN Case Manager serving patients in St. Cloud, St. Augusta, Luxemburg, Watkins and surrounding area. You will make a difference in the lives of others by caring for patients and their families in the comfort of wherever they call home. Responsibilities include completing medication reviews, seeking orders from physicians, and teaching caregivers about how to provide end of life care for their loved ones. Other routine nursing tasks include wound care, catheter care, head to toe assessments, and pain assessments. We provide an extensive orientation program as well as ongoing RN office support to you while visiting patients.Schedule Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks Various shifts Monday - Friday | Day shift typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Every 4th weekend working rotating day and evening shifts Two rotating holidays annually | Rare on-call shifts Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $37.27 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $38.20 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $39.16 per hour Pay range: $37.27 - $57.31 per hour Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates Part-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting, at least one year of RN experience Valid Minnesota driver’s license, reliable transportation, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage meeting CentraCare’s policy To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
