A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity is available for a 6-8 week contract assignment starting in January. This role supports a single K-12 school with approximately 50 students in Detroit, MI. The position focuses on delivering quality occupational therapy services within the school setting to enhance students' educational experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student goals and promote functional improvements. Document all therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
