A K-12 school in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert support and intervention services for students. This contract position spans the entire school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success through applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students' needs. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies and monitor progress. Provide training and guidance to school personnel to promote effective classroom management and positive behavioral supports. Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and adapt interventions as needed. Attend team meetings and communicate regularly with school staff and families regarding student progress. Desired Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferably with diverse student populations.
