Key Responsibilities: Dispense and manage medications accurately in an inpatient hospital environment Utilize Cerner Med Manager for order entry ensuring precise and timely medication orders Operate Pyxis automation systems to streamline medication distribution Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy Maintain compliance with hospital policies and Michigan state pharmacy regulations Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Michigan Proven inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Proficient with Cerner Med Manager and Pyxis automation systems Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 7pm) and some weekdays (7am to 10pm) Flexibility for possible travel and housing if local candidates are not available Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Some additional weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM as needed This contract opportunity spans approximately 13 weeks and offers a chance for direct hire upon completion.
