Key Responsibilities: Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge. Oversee the entire pharmacy department's operations including budget, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and third-party administration to meet financial goals. Lead pharmacy support personnel by managing job performance, training, and compliance with regulatory and company policies. Facilitate company-required training completion by all pharmacy associates. Participate actively in business development and community health programs such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness initiatives. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, side effects, interactions, and therapy compliance.
