This opportunity offers a critical role in radiation therapy, working with advanced Varian/Aria equipment in a 170-bed Joint Commission accredited hospital serving the Arkansas River Valley community. This contract position requires a skilled Radiation Therapist committed to delivering precise and compassionate cancer treatment. Key Responsibilities: Administer radiation therapy treatments following prescribed protocols Operate and maintain Varian/Aria radiation therapy equipment Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and support staff for patient care planning Monitor patient reactions and adjust treatment accordingly Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications and Experience: Certified Radiation Therapist license required Proven experience with Varian/Aria radiation therapy systems preferred Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning Location: Situated near Clarksville, AR, the position offers proximity to Russellville, nestled in the beautiful Ozark mountain region.
