Established Jira and Confluence KPI tracking for bug closure, velocity and sprint health achieving 25% improvement in on-time resolution and better transparency across releases. Introduced structured change management and risk control processes using risk logs and technical debt registers, reducing scope creep by 20% and accelerating ticket closure by 15%.
