Leadership & Purpose Counselor (2026 Summer)

Job DescriptionPosition Description: Camp Counselors work with the Pre-College Programs Departments in supervising campers enrolled in our residential summer camp programs. The successful counselor will be compassionate, vigilant, helpful and inspirational to the young women attending camps. Position Duties: Responsible each week for the supervision and safety of 10 students, ages 14-18 in the residence hall, on field trips, and at all day/evening activities. Responsible for assisting director/instructors with classes and organized activities, Responsible for assisting with registration, orientation, and departure each week. Required attendance at a wrap-up session at the end of the program Required to reside and stay on campus during camp session. Accompanies students to breakfast, morning announcements, lunch, organized activities in the evening Minimum Qualifications: Saint Mary's students
