This opportunity offers a rewarding role for a Physical Therapist at an outpatient clinic located in a welcoming community in Wisconsin. The position is a 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 10-hour day shifts with a day off midweek and no weekend or on-call responsibilities. The clinic treats a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and general weakness patients, with opportunities to apply any specialized skills such as lymphedema, dry needling, or vestibular therapy. Key Qualifications and Experience: Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 3 years physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates considered EPIC charting experience strongly preferred Previous travel therapy experience is a plus Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the designated corporate center location Flexibility to float within the facility and to surrounding clinics within a 60-mile radius as needed Responsibilities: Provide thorough evaluations and treatment, with initial assessments typically lasting one hour and follow-ups lasting 30 minutes or longer for complex cases Manage a caseload of 10-14 patients during 10-hour shifts, adapting care to meet individualized patient needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT assistants, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing EPIC software Participate in departmental orientation and training for smooth integration into the team About the Location: The clinic is situated in a vibrant Wisconsin community known for its friendly atmosphere and outdoor recreational opportunities.
