X-Ray Technologist in Canandaigua, NY

Schedule and Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM 40 hours per week Four on-call shifts per month, 8 hours each Responsibilities: Perform high-quality X-ray imaging for Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient cases, focusing on bones with an emphasis on chests, abdomens, and extremities Utilize Carestream equipment for both routine and portable imaging procedures Conduct imaging in the Operating Room using OEC equipment Provide prompt and professional patient care while maintaining safety standards Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years recent X-ray experience in a hospital setting ARRT certification required Proven ability with Carestream imaging systems and OEC equipment in the OR Experience with a high volume of ED, IP, and OP imaging For non-U.S. candidates, at least 2 years of U.S. work experience is mandatory Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility This contract position allows for professional growth in a supportive environment dedicated to patient care excellence.
