Job DescriptionPosition Title: Maintenance MechanicPay Rate : $34.48 - $40.31Sign On Bonus $1,000 after 30 Days $500 after 6 months $500 after 1 year Rotating Shift ScheduleShift C or D (6pm -6am)Work Location : 1900 8 th Street NE, Austin MN, 55912For a realistic preview of working for International Paper, please copy the links below to watch two short videos:The Job You Will Perform: Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS. Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures. Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance. Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years). Work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE (safety glasses, earplugs, safety-toed boots.
