A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school serving PreK through 2nd-grade students. This contract role offers an opportunity to impact young learners in a supportive educational environment. Location: Boaz, AL Population Served: PreK and K-2nd-grade students Caseload: Approximately 20 students Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time options available Daily Hours: School day begins at either 7:15 AM or 8:00 AM depending on the building, with dismissal at 2:00 PM (aligned with car pickup lane timing) Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language intervention to a caseload of approximately 20 students. Conduct early intervention services tailored to individual student needs. Perform speech and language evaluations to inform treatment planning. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop effective communication strategies. Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification: CCC-SLP or equivalent state certification. Experience working within school settings with early elementary-aged children is preferred. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality individualized services.
