A rewarding full-time opportunity awaits a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about supporting students' communication needs. This contract position involves working across two school sites in Chula Vista, CA, starting in early May and continuing through the end of the school year. There is potential to return for the 2026-2027 academic year. Ideal candidates will hold an SLP credential and have experience in pediatrics, healthcare settings, or school environments. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience providing teletherapy will be highly valued. Recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply. Key qualifications include: Valid SLP license and/or certification appropriate for school settings Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare Ability to deliver therapy both in person and through teletherapy platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams Flexibility to work across two school sites effectively Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders Document student progress and maintain accurate records Communicate regularly with educators and caregivers to support student success This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in young lives while gaining diverse experience in a dynamic educational environment.
