Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Recommend and facilitate procurement of adaptive/supportive equipment as needed. Document treatment responses and patient progress according to compliance policies and billing requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, promote occupational therapy within the community, and support process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in hospital and outpatient care settings. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Competence with technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows. Ability to meet physical demands including frequent walking, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
