Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our Automotive Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication MIG, TIG, and Welding Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast and Aluminum techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.  Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and execute detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications for fabricating metal structures. - Select appropriate welding equipment and methods based on requirements. - Operate a variety of workshop machines and tools. - Execute clean, strong welds in multiple positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead. - Conduct self-inspections to ensure high precision and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. - Stay updated on new technology, methods, and industry developments. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Fabricator / Welder, preferably in Automotive manufacturing setting. - Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick welding). - Extensive experience with metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicAbility to use a surface plate to layout and locate material to X, Y, Z coordinates Experienced with plasma cutter, Oxy-Fuel torch, Bridgeport, Lathe, drill press, material shear, and press brake. Ability to operate vehicle lift. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing work conditions. - Certification as a welder (such as AWS, ASME) is a plus.
