We pride ourselves on delivering unmatched service while fostering a workplace culture based on respect, trust, and opportunity ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Perform panel, roof, and door repairs and replacements Inspect and repair suspension and braking systems Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on trailers Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and FHWA inspections Maintain high standards of attendance and reliability QualificationsWho Should Apply:Experienced trailer mechanics Candidates with a mechanical trade background looking to learn a high-demand skill Individuals with a stable work history and strong mechanical aptitude BenefitsWhat We Offer:Industry-leading pay based on experience: $20 - $36/hour Steady weekday hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Paid Time Off, plus holiday pay, including the Friday after Thanksgiving Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Ongoing training, annual performance reviews, and opportunities for advancement A great work-life balance with a supportive and close-knit team environment Pay Range USD $20.00 - USD $36.00 /Yr.
