An inpatient Pharmacist position is available on a 26-week contract at healthcare facilities in North/Central Ohio, located between Cleveland and Columbus. Both hospitals serve communities in Ontario and Galion, offering a combined total of 65 beds. Candidates must hold an active Ohio pharmacist license and be ready to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties ensuring patient safety and medication accuracy. Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with physicians and nursing teams. Utilize EPIC pharmacy systems effectively to manage orders and records. Work flexible shifts starting between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., with every fourth weekend on duty. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Ohio pharmacist license is mandatory. Proven inpatient pharmacy experience with emphasis on patient care and team leadership. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
