Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in East Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred. General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding M-F schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation Competitive compensation and benefits package Epic EMR Licensure & Certification Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
