An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room with a focus on Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures. This role is ideal for a skilled RN with at least three years of Level 1 trauma training, ready to provide superior surgical nursing care in a fast-paced Level One Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing procedures such as Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNL, Nephrectomy, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy, Cystectomy, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy, and Ureteroscopy. Manage a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain excellent patient outcomes. Participate in overnight trauma call rotations and specialty team call schedules. Utilize advanced surgical equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot. Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR systems. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an RN in Level 1 trauma settings, preferably within GU/GYN surgery. CNOR certification preferred. Proven proficiency in managing complex surgical procedures. Ability to work 3 twelve-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), with weekend rotation and call requirements. Strong teamwork, accountability, punctuality, and flexibility.
