If you're hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice.Dir L&D OperationsYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Director of Learning Operations for Customer Engagement are to:The Director of Learning Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for bridging Learning & Development (L&D) with Field Operations, Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Area General Managers (AGMs), and key business partners. This position serves as an ambassador and primary interface, ensuring the seamless flow of information and alignment between stakeholders on learning experiences that deliver against our organizational outcomes. The Director proactively seeks and implements best practices, drives pilot initiatives, and fosters innovation to support the organization's commitment to excellence in learning and performance. Stakeholder Interface & Ambassadorship: Serve as the key liaison between Area VPs, AGMs, CEEs, Field Operations, and the Learning & Development team, representing L&D priorities and translating business needs into actionable strategies; Innovation & Best Practices: Proactively research, identify, and introduce internal and external best practices. Lead ideation sessions and pilot new initiatives to enhance learning delivery and organizational performance. Optimize AI-powered resources for efficiency gains and to rebalance the efforts of the L&D team; Operational Support: Independently support CVR squad, the Learning Management System (LMS) team, and the Operations Coordinator to ensure the effective execution of training programs and initiatives. Coordinate projects with support from the L&D training team for content creation; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand and address learning and performance needs across the Customer Engagement organization. Facilitate collaboration to drive alignment and shared outcomes; Organizational Readiness & Change Execution: Ensure the organization is prepared for new learning initiatives. Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, or programs; Issue Evaluation & Communication: Gather, evaluate, and communicate operational issues raised by AVPs, AGMs, CEE's, and other partners to L&D squads and the VP of Learning & Development. Ensure timely resolution and transparent communication; Efficiency Improvement: Identify, analyze, and resolve operational inefficiencies within the L&D function. Implement solutions that streamline processes and enhance the impact of learning initiatives. Utilize AI to achieve the 50 in 2/50/100. WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units and with senior leadership. Demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, piloting new programs, and implementing best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented, with a track record of executing change and delivering measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree; Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and managing L&D operations; Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or a Pharmaceutical Sales function, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $172,800 to $259,200. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
