Pharmacist in High Point, NC

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist position within a specialty retail pharmacy environment that includes both sterile and non-sterile compounding. The role is based in High Point, NC, and offers a 13-week contract with a chance for direct hire. The position is Monday through Friday, working 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and verify prescription orders, including sterile and non-sterile compounding. Utilize PK order entry system (training provided). Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment. Provide exceptional patient care and pharmacy services. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid North Carolina pharmacy license is required. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience. Experience in sterile compounding is a strong plus. Knowledge or experience in non-sterile compounding is advantageous. Familiarity with pharmacy order entry systems; training is available for PK system. Environment and Schedule: Specialty retail pharmacy with a focus on compounded medications. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts. One-hour lunch break.
