A rewarding opportunity is available for six skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in Spring, TX, for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position addresses the needs of a growing student population requiring in-person speech therapy services as the current SLP retires. Caseloads generally range between 50-60 students, allowing for meaningful, impactful support. Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes. Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students while maintaining quality care.
