In return, we provide training, support, and opportunities you need to succeed.Job Skills / RequirementsWe are seeking a motivated and professional Branch Field Training Officer / Field Supervisor to support multiple sites across the Houston area .This is a leadership-track position designed for a self-starter who values teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high professional standards in the field.Key Responsibilities Train and onboard new security officers Conduct site visits, field audits, and performance evaluations Reinforce professionalism, report writing, and customer service standards Support site supervisors and assist with operational issues as they arise Perform patrols, access control, and camera monitoring when needed Assist with shift coverage to ensure consistent service delivery Handle minor operational tasks, including basic vehicle and golf cart maintenance (such as tire changes) This role requires someone who can lead by example in the field , support the operations team, and help ensure officers are trained, confident, and performing at a high level.Requirements: Prior security experience required FTO or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and report-writing skills Must be 25 years or older (company vehicle insurance requirement) Valid Texas Driver’s License Clean driving record Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Must meet background and fit-for-duty standards This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to operate independently without constant supervision.If you are team-oriented, accountable, and ready to step into a leadership support role, apply today.Education Requirements (All)High School Diploma or GEDCertification Requirements (All)Drivers License Level 2 Security License Over the age of 25 ( Insurance Requirement)Additional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision InsuranceThis job reports to the Branch ManagerThis is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.Travel is not requiredNumber of Openings for this position: 1Back Apply NowBackApply Now
