Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract position offers a structured schedule with four 10-hour shifts, starting between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. Ideal for a dedicated professional holding a valid Massachusetts PT license and current BLS certification, looking to contribute expert therapy services in a caring environment. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments for outpatient rehabilitation. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs. Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in hospital or outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
