A full-time position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through BACB to provide behavioral support in an upper elementary (2nd-5th grade) ASD classroom. This role is based in Fruitport, MI, within an elementary school setting and is contracted for the current school year. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) to assist students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves direct behavior support, as well as possible assistance with toileting and personal care, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Collaborating with educators and behavior specialists will be key to fostering positive student outcomes.
