Why You'll Love This Opportunity Join a respected organization dedicated to serving youth and strengthening local communities Work closely with leadership as a valued Finance Manager influencing operational and strategic decisions Professional development opportunities-including training, conferences, and ongoing learning Grow your expertise in grant financial management, nonprofit accounting, and financial analysis A warm, supportive culture that values collaboration, integrity, accountability, and continuous learning Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager As a Finance Manager, you will: Prepare, review, and submit grant financial reports in alignment with federal, state, local, and private funder requirements Conduct variance analysis, grant budget monitoring, forecasting, and expenditure alignment Oversee financial tracking, reporting, and compliance across the full grant portfolio Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes as a Finance Manager Support leadership by preparing cash flow analysis, projections, and financial modeling Maintain compliance with GAAP and all relevant accounting standards Supervise finance team members including Accounts Payable & Receivable and Payroll functions Provide mentorship, training, and development for finance staff Support audits, internal controls, and crossdepartmental reconciliation Strengthen procedures and internal controls as an effective Finance Manager Collaborate closely with programs and development teams to ensure accurate financial coding and reporting Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information Required Qualifications of the Finance Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years with grant reporting Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and grant compliance Proven experience as a Finance Manager supporting financial operations and analysis CPA strongly preferred or actively pursuing Supervisory experience with the ability to develop and support staff Ability to manage confidential information with tact and discretion #INMAR2026 EB-1586500892
