This opportunity seeks experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students within a K-12 special education setting. Serving multiple classrooms within a collaborative co-op environment, professionals will work closely with educators and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral support plans tailored to individual student needs. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide training and consultation to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working in K-12 educational settings with diverse student populations. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively within a cooperative special education environment. Location: Naperville, IL (with services provided to co-op classrooms in surrounding areas). Contract Details: This position is contracted for the full school year (CSY).
