A healthcare opportunity for an experienced ultrasound technologist specializing in vascular imaging awaits in Concord, NC. You'll work with a dedicated team using advanced technology to provide high-quality patient care in both emergency and outpatient settings. Responsibilities: Perform general ultrasound imaging with a focus on vascular, gynecological, and procedural studies. Conduct approximately 18 ultrasound studies daily in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Utilize advanced imaging equipment including Siemens Sequoia and Toshiba Yario 200 backup scanner. Document findings accurately using EPIC electronic medical records (EMR), Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures. Adhere to departmental policies and participate in orientation processes to ensure seamless integration into the team. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of two years' ultrasound experience, with vascular and procedural expertise required. Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography. BLS certification mandatory. Familiarity with EPIC systems and radiology information systems preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays (75% holiday coverage), and on-call duties. Flexibility to support split assignments between multiple locations within the organization.
