Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us.Job SummaryReporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations, this role supports execution of a best-in-class investor relations program, providing effective two-way transparent and consistent communication between the company and the financial community to support fair relative valuation aligned with Qnity's performance and strategic positioning.This role is highly execution-oriented, responsible for managing day-to-day IR processes, preparing core deliverables, and driving disciplined and collaborative communications for work-back plans across earnings, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), shareholder meetings, and broader investor communications, ensuring coordinated cross-functional execution and on-time delivery.This individual will work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Investor Relations, CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, Strategy/Corporate Development, Controllership/Financial Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Communications, Business Presidents, Finance leaders, and HR.Primary ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Investor Communications Develop and manage detailed work-back plans and internal action trackers for quarterly earnings, investor conferences, NDRs, shareholder meetings, and major IR initiatives; provide structured status updates to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution. Coordinate iterative development and refinement of investor materials across Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure financial accuracy, messaging alignment, and executive-ready quality prior to review with CEO, CFO, Strategy, and Business leaders. As directed by the Head of IR and constituent teams, review and incorporate timely commentary and data provided by CFO/Finance/Controllership and business leaders to align narrative and financial accuracy. Investor Engagement & Market Interaction Manage investor correspondence, including retail and institutional investors, responding to routine investor inquiries, and ensuring communications remain aligned with publicly disclosed information and Reg FD standards. Assist in coordination of investor outreach events and conferences, including selective attendance in person or virtually. Interact directly with sell-side analysts and investors with appropriate discretion and strict adherence to public disclosure standards. Peer Intelligence & Analysis Conduct structured reviews of sell-side analyst models and consensus estimates to identify assumption gaps, risk areas, and messaging implications; provide informed insights to the Head of IR to support improved consensus accuracy. Prepare executive-ready competitive and valuation analyses of peers, including earnings commentary, consensus movements, ownership trends, and capital markets positioning; track and communicate key financial and qualitative public disclosures to IR and senior managements External Compliance Process Collaborate with IR third-party service providers, including web hosting updates, investor surveillance, targeting platforms, and related capital markets tools. Maintain awareness of SEC disclosure standards, Reg FD requirements, and public company best practices to ensure compliant and consistent external communications. Job Qualifications This role is ideal for a financially fluent, detail-oriented professional who is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced public company environment and takes ownership of deliverables from start to finish. 7+ years of relevant finance experience, either in equity research, corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets or Investor Relations. Demonstrated experience supporting quarterly earnings cycles and investor-facing communications in a public company environment. Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets dynamics, and SEC disclosure environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize, and articulate financial data clearly and accurately. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute against structured project plans. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. High intellectual curiosity, disciplined execution mindset, collaborative, forward thinking and strong professional judgment. Ability to interact confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders while maintaining appropriate discretion. Ability and willingness to travel approximately ~20% of the time. Preferred MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred Experience in electronics, technology, semiconductor, or industrial manufacturing sectors Development Opportunities Membership in NIRI National and relevant chapter participation.
