QC Inspector

Nesco Resource is looking for a QC Inspector located in Patterson, NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: 0-1-year experience: $17-$19/hour (Will Train) 1-3-year experience: $20-$24/hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support inspection processes within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, in-process electronic assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and documentation standards. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with precision tools and microscopes. Key Responsibilities: Perform inspection of incoming raw materials to verify quality and dimensional accuracy. Conduct in-process inspections of electronic assemblies (familiarity with J-STD-001 standards is preferred). Complete final inspections of finished products and verify all related documentation. Perform visual inspections under 7X magnification using a microscope Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation. Use calipers and other measuring tools to confirm dimensional conformity of materials. Identify quality issues and report findings to management. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: 1-2 years of quality inspection experience preferred. Ability to work under magnification using a microscope (7X). Experience using calipers and basic measurement tools Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good time management and organizational abilities. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
