Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Cleveland, Ohio

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to cover a 12-week maternity leave at a K-12 school located in Fairview Park, OH. This contract position begins on February 1st and ends on April 25th, with an expected workload of 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Providing speech and language assessments and therapy to students across preschool through 12th grade. Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements. Adapting therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of students, including those requiring teletherapy services. Desired qualifications and experience: Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in school settings, with a strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is a plus. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or recent graduate eligible for CFY. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
