A contract position is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person therapy services for the Early Intervention 3-5 age group. These roles are based in the Camp Hill/Harrisburg area, with assignments connected to schools in the Summerdale, PA region. This opportunity offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek focused on delivering impactful support to young learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for children aged 3-5 within the Early Intervention program Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations pertaining to therapeutic services Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance service delivery Desired Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience working with Early Intervention populations, particularly ages 3-5 Strong understanding of developmental speech and language disorders in young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and school staff Ability to work full-time with a commitment to consistent scheduling during the academic contract period Location: Summerdale, PA (with service delivery in Camp Hill/Harrisburg areas) This role requires in-person work and offers a rewarding chance to contribute to early childhood development through specialized speech-language therapy.
