A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within an elementary school setting in Cambridge, MA, offering a full-semester contract through June 30, 2026. Flexible scheduling options include full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) arrangements. The position requires onsite work to effectively manage a dynamic elementary caseload. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, generating detailed reports, and delivering speech-language services tailored to student needs. The role encompasses consultation duties, development of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and active communication with parents and teachers to foster a supportive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status as an SLP Active Massachusetts SLP licensure Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology Strong skills in student assessments, report writing, and IEP documentation Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families CORI background check and fingerprinting clearance required Please note, this position is not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills and academic success of elementary students in a supportive school environment.
