Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role involves supporting three Supply Chain directors and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The position is based onsite with a traditional hybrid model allowing remote work on Fridays. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis. Strong critical thinking skills, teamwork abilities, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in office software, including calendar and travel management tools. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred but not required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist in managing schedules and organizing meetings for directors. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars efficiently. Support various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
