An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in ICU nursing to provide high-quality patient care in Lakeland, FL. This position is on a contract basis and requires strong clinical skills and experience in critical care, particularly neuro ICU. Responsibilities: Deliver attentive and comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients. Utilize strong neuro skillset and ICP experience to monitor and manage critically ill patients. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established protocols. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide advanced life support as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience. Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale. Experience and confidence in ICP monitoring. Strong neurocritical care skills. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts. Professional appearance adhering to scrub color code: Navy Blue. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts. 36 hours per week. Start dates available: March 23 and April 6.
